Training Coordinator Leadership and Talent Development (m/f/d)

Your Duties:

-Professional coordination and support in the preparation and implementation of Leadership and Talent Development programmes

-Main contact person for stakeholders to inform about available programmes and the booking process

-Provide the administration, tracking and logistical organization of training and development programmes

-Gather feedback (via surveys and other methods) of facilitators and programmes delivered to track their effectiveness, and suggest improvements

-Work as coordinator between internal and external partners and build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders including HR, the business, senior managers and vendors

-Generate purchase orders and manage invoices and contracts in a timely manner

-Prepare reports, statistics, analyses, and presentations in German and English when needed

-Support in Talent Management activities

Your Qualifications:

-At least vocational Training and certified business expert (e.g. Personalkaufmann-/-kauffrau), or equivalent

-First experiences in the organization of trainings and development programmes, preferably also in using Learning Management Systems

-Customer orientation and organizational skills to facilitate the seamless organization and execution of programmes among various internal and external partners (vendors, trainers)

-Intercultural competencies to collaborate effectively in an international environment

-Ability to manage time proficiently

-Reliable and demonstrated ability to work in teams, as well as self-reliant

-Fluency in English and German, additional European languages are an advantage
